The kit includes a high-performance cooling fan, heating band, thermistor, 0.4mm hardened steel nozzle, installation tools (Allen wrench + open-end wrench), and other pre-assembled components, allowing for immediate use without complicated assembly. Compatible with a wide range of printing materials, including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, PC, nylon, PEEK, PEI, and more.
- 550°C High-Temperature Resistance & Rapid Heat Conduction: The hot end kit features a nickel-plated chromium-zirconium-copper (CuCrZr) heating block capable of continuous operation at temperatures up to 550°C, offering excellent thermal conductivity. The all-metal hotend structure ensures stable high-temperature printing at a material flow rate of 35 mm³/s, making it an ideal choice for engineering filaments and demanding print jobs.
- Stepped leak-proof design: The nozzle base and heating block of the hotend kit feature a stepped structural design that effectively prevents filament leakage. The threaded nozzle, combined with precision-engineered stepped supports, remains secure even during extended printing sessions. It maintains extremely high reliability even when using abrasive filaments.
- High-wear-resistant nozzle: The quenched and tempered hardened steel nozzle offers exceptional wear resistance. The replaceable nozzle design reduces operating costs, as there is no need to replace the entire hot end when the nozzle wears out. The nozzle’s inner wall has a surface roughness of just RA 0.4, effectively reducing the risk of clogs and improving print quality.
- Excellent Heat Dissipation: The heat end kit features a titanium alloy heat shield encased in a chromium-zirconium-copper alloy sleeve, providing exceptional heat dissipation. Combined with a powerful cooling fan, it ensures effective heat dissipation and effectively prevents nozzle clogs, making it an ideal choice for long, continuous prints and high-volume printing.
